Mental health support for students

During these unprecedented times, our team and many others are here providing easily accessible mental health support for students across our city.

These services are provided to offer emotional support, guidance and reassurance to young people in Birmingham who may need support as well as feeling overwhelmed with the current COVID-19 (coronavirus) situation.

Pause is a little bit different to other mental health services you might have experienced, you don't need an appointment; simply register with us. You can also call 0207 841 4470 for a chat (Monday to Friday 10am - 6pm and Saturday 10am – 5pm).
