Carenotes disruption

For several months at the end of 2022, our FTB services experienced major disruption caused by a cyberattack on the company that provides a number of NHS information systems.

Our Carenotes system is now back up and running and we can now respond to most patient queries. However, it is early days and some information in the system may take longer to retrieve. Everyone is working incredibly hard to minimise the impact so please do bear this in mind when contacting us.

Please be reassured that there is no evidence that any patient information was leaked or that any patient confidentiality was breached during the incident. Carenotes was shut down to prevent this from happening. We also paused our online self-referral tool.
